My name is Annika Rossouw, I am a qualified Learning Support Teacher. I grew up in the “Klein Karoo” and obtained my B.Ed degree at Cape Town University of Technology, Wellington Campus, in 2012. In 2014 I decided to further my career in Inclusive Education and obtained my Honors degree at the University of South Africa in 2016. 

 

I started Memory Designs in November 2018 as I saw that most of my colleagues always ask me for copies of my worksheets, designs and wall posters, so I saw it as an opportunity  to help other teachers  to create a warm, fun and relaxed atmosphere in their classroom.  The kids love the fun designs, NO MORE boring old wall posters… 

 

The biggest lesson teaching a variety of different and unique learners has taught me is that we as teachers need to ADAPT with the learners in our classrooms, we need to try new things and change up our teaching environment BECAUSE every learner learns differently!
